Tallinn is a capital of Estonia, one of the post-soviet baltic countries. Tallinn is supposed to have been founded in the 11th century and nowadays the old town of Tallinn is a living museum of unique monuments of past centuries. Its historical and cultural heritage inscribed on UNESCO World Heritage List.
TALLINN is designated as European Capital of Culture in 2011.
